Mutiala Villa is now planning the development and  constriction of a residential estate for retirement purposes as a

second home for people who are business retirees and he wish enjoy a tropical  and natural second life in Lembogan.. 

 The development ground around Mutiara Villa, will take approximately 14,000 square meter at the crest of the hill.

At this stage, commencement will be for a total of 24 retirement houses with land size of 500 square meters.

The envisaged selling price is around US$80,000 to US$90,000 per fully furnished unit including five star hotel service.
